Sorry excuse for inventory management. Purchased over $1009 on semi annual sale for kettlebells and other fitness equipment. After two weeks of accepting my order and taking my money I still haven’t received any updates. I contacted them and was told if they accepted your order it will ship. Then I waited for a while until they sent me separate emails claiming they oversold and cancelling my order. Made lame excuse of the demand due to Covid-19. We’re in freaking June, Covid 19 has been around a while. This is not news!
Worst part is they tied my money up. If I would have been told immediately I would have moved on and bought it somewhere that had it in stock. They cost me the opportunity to buy it somewhere else like at Rogue and Repfitness. Now it’s just waiting for it to be in stock again.
I’m not buying from this company again. Just a waste of time and you’ll just end up disappointed because they can’t fullfill your order.
I recently purchased roughly $800 dollars worth of kettlebell and fitness equipments from onnit. After purchase, it said to allow 5-7 business days for processing around the third week of not receiving any information about my purchase I attempted to call onnit 3 times with no answer and no call back I then emailed them and waited a 4 day period with no response. After this, I received 5 separate emails stating that onnit during their fitness sale, unfortunately, oversold their equipment and were canceling my order due to lack of inventory. this was extremely frustrating being that I waited a significant period to first place this order and then had to wait an additional 3 weeks to hear that I was not going to receive any of the equipment I purchased.

Scummed me out of $75 and will not reply to any customer service emails. Purchased a product through paypal on their website. Never said anything regarding to a reoccurring payment or anything. Not even an email from onnit themselves at any point saying anything only emails i have are from paypal. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Doubt I will ever get my money back. Dont buy from them unless you like mystery charges on your card
Onnit has me on automatic delivery apparently. I just got charged for two items that I did not order. I did order one of the items one month ago. Go do I stop this?
Great products! Clean, pure ingredients. However, most, if not all of these products are overpriced. Shipping times used to be amazing but now it seems inconsistent. If their prices weren't so expensive I wouldn't mind the longer shipping time!
Like others I’ve been waiting on my shipment and my other package hadn’t even shipped yet. I’ve been patient but I’m running on fumes here. Fedex told me that the order has an issue that sender needs to contact them... so basically it’s oversized and overweight and the company didn’t pay enough... how? Because I paid more than enough for shipping cost. I want my items asap or refund!
Could be different from everyone else but I've had the worst experience ordering a single equipment l from this company. I've wanted to check out one of their primal bells as they are pretty badass to train with so I purchased one. But after waiting for two weeks due to delaying, I've found out my order got lost during shipping. Their shipping and delivery was involving with Fedex and they did absolutely nothing about it except keep telling me to file a claim. Luckily Onnit replaced my order with another one when I called them about it but I was still pissed. But just as I had the second one coming otw, I kept getting shipping exceptions like 2 times and I found out they kept wrecking the barcode number or something they need to scan on for delivery. My replacement bell finally came but was delivered very poorly. The Fedex delivery guy just threw my bell over the fence and worst of all, the bell was put in a very thin box with no extra styrofoam to protect the product and would've damaged the handle! Thankfully the bell is actually okay but with few small scratches. I think Onnit needs to cut ties with their shipping with Fedex and replace it wit UPS instead as Fedex lost my first order during shipping and always be ruining the quality of products in packages!
I did not want to purchase from Onnit as their marketing, supplements, and founder are clearly full of gimmicky BS. Unfortunately, they are the only ones claiming to have steel clubs in stock right now. Showing 3 separate ads for your overpriced products during checkout is a really gross tactic and at best is annoying to the consumer. I have not received any shipping update on my purchase.
7 days for a shipping label - not even a shipped product. That is absurd.
Customer services said the 7-10 day processing time was displayed on the website, but I can't recall seeing it anywhere during purchasing.
I know I'm not a commercial account, but I spent $100 for one of their kettlebells. This really puts me off from buying any of their other products.
Customer service was really dismissive of the issues I brought up as well. Your team should be taking customer sentiment seriously. I am completely put off by their handling of this order.
I don't understand what's happening in their warehouse and process that it takes 7 business days just to print a shipping label. What a joke. Y'all are supposedly all about optimization, so maybe optimize that.
the women in the office talked over me my while I was on the phone... direspectful... told me I was wrong... when they charge 280 dollars when it was supposed to be 140.
They go we are not responsible.
Sad you could sell millions and when you make a huge mistake like take my rent money ... you should atheist cover the order.

Scam. Kept sending product even thought I did not request. Can’t get anyone to cancel the automatic order. Now I will have to cancel my credit card and get a new number. How desperate is a company that they would trick customers into automatic reorder. The reason I don’t want anymore is because the new mood made me feel horrible anxiety and nausea. Buyer beware

I'll start by saying I absolutely love Onnits fitness products, I have steel clubs, steel maces, kettlebells and a battle rope. All great quality and good products. I've tried some if their supplements (creatine, alpha brain, Shroom Support, etc) but haven't been taking long enough to comment one way or the other.
Now onto the bad... I've had 5 different orders from them over the past month and a half (took advantage of their semi-annual sale) and 3 of my 5 orders have been wrong!!! One was missing Alpha Brain (which they did replace), the other I got a wrong Kettlebell and of course the one I was supposed to get is out of stock (they did their best to make it right and I'm satisfied). Now today I receive another shipment and the 4 items I was supposed to get are not there and I have someone elses packing slip and their two t-shirts. I'm waiting for a response. It is VERY HARD to actually get someone to answer or talk to you. Once you get someone I have been satisfied with their reactions to the issues. Hope that will be the case with this current problem.
If commenting on just their products I give 5 stars all day, a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Now it seems its a gamble if you actually get what you order. Ive wasted countless hours of their shipping mistakes and wasn't able to get what I ordered in one case. So it seems buying from them is a gamble. I'm still waiting for a large part of another order so we'll see how that goes. I'll try and update after talking to customer service and receiving the rest of my recent purchase.
As of now 5 stars on product, but 1 star on quality control with their warehouse and shipping team.
*Update... Finally received the rest of my order. Very hard to get a hold of customer service. When you do they are nice and try and make things right BUT have a big flaw in their company where is you need help with shipping of fitness items they know nothing. Say all they can see is what we see. I love their products but I've never had this much struggle in missed and wrong orders and spent countless hours of my time wasted in trying to resolve. 5 stars on their products, 1 star on customer service and quality control. I just placed another order with them and hope it will go smooth and giving them another chance. Hoping they just stretched themselves to thin during semiannual dale and this isn't the norm.
